When the wire passes through the high-speed rotating spit pipe, it is gradually bent and deformed with the shape of the spit pipe by the positive pressure of the spit pipe wall, sliding friction, the thrust of the finishing mill and pinch feed rollers, and its own centrifugal force. From a straight line movement, it gradually bends and reaches the required curvature at the exit of the spitting tube, forming a spiral coil and spitting out in a uniform and smooth circle.
